MKE Week 1 – Year Two

This is my second year in a row doing MKE, and I am so grateful that I persevered through the first year.

The first year was overwhelming. Even though the assignments were simple, there were many of them—and there was a lot to keep track of. For someone who likes to get things done perfectly, perfection was definitely not happening.

But I completed all 26 weeks.

And that was a huge victory for me.

I learned that I can do hard things—even when I can’t do them perfectly.

This year, sitting through that same first meeting that felt so overwhelming the first time, I noticed something very different.

The energy was different.

Of course, knowing what to expect made it less overwhelming. But I realized it wasn’t just that I knew what was coming.

**I had grown.**

So many of the limiting beliefs that had paralyzed me throughout the years simply didn’t have the same power over me anymore.

I was able to sit calmly as the material was being presented. I didn’t feel like the room was closing in on me because things were moving too fast. I wasn’t overwhelmed by trying to take everything in at once.

Instead, everything felt clear.

Everything felt wide open.

And exciting.

That realization was almost as meaningful to me as the material itself.

I could see the growth.

But what I loved most was that I was able to pick up on additional slides and changes that were added this year. And I am so proud of that.

Because I know those changes came from the input of my 2025 class.

What a wonderful thing it is to grow personally.

But it is also a wonderful thing to be part of a whole that is growing, too.

As I write this, tears are flowing down my cheeks.

Tears of joy.

Tears of gratitude.

And tears of anticipation.

Anticipation for new friendships.

Anticipation for new growth.

Anticipation for all of the unexpected blessings that are still to come.

I’m ready for Year Two.

And I can’t wait to see what unfolds.

To my MKE Class of 2026—I’m so excited to be on this journey with all of you. I can’t wait to see where this year takes each of us, and what we will discover, learn, and grow into together.

  • Lois, You are such a unique and special soul, I hope you know that! I know we didn’t start of in the same tribe but since we merged I have developed a real appreciation for your spirit. A true yellow, sharing your joys and challenges with a positive attitude and overflowing love and compassion. Its been such a treat for my own growth to have watched 100’s of your polos over the last year and witnessing all of your triumphs. Bouncing, running, loving on your “surrogate” family as you do your own, about to be a grandmother, while discovering your true self has been wonderful to watch. Although we have never met in person, I can truly say I love and adore you and so excited to see you attain all the gifts you deserve! Thank you for inspiring me!

  • Growth is a beautiful thing. Every year brings new discoveries, new joys, and new layers of our abundant potential! I am excited to see you bloom!
