MKE WEEK 1 – COMMIT

For years, I have been an avid bicycle rider. Riding a bicycle gives me unbridled freedom and the opportunity to relieve the stress of everyday life. Taking a spin through our local Greenway allows me to become one with nature and to explore the beauty around us all.

In 2014 I made the decision to commit to riding at least 10,000 miles on my bicycles. This was a huge commitment that would require me to ride almost 200 miles every week which equates down to about 30 miles per day.

My daily routine was to come home from work, change into my cycling clothes, prep my bicycle, fill my water bottles, ride for at least two hours, come home and take a shower, eat dinner, check email and other tasks and then go to bed. I would wake up in the morning and repeat these same tasks again.

I rode in all types of weather, including rain and snow. I rode at night and during the day. I rode in the heat and in the cold. That was my commitment to achieving my goal of 10,000 miles. By the time the year was over, I had completed well over 12,000 miles. This achievement was celebrated by the members of our cycling club and inspired many others to commit to that goal the following year. Throughout the year, many people asked me how I found the time to take on such a monumental task. I simply told them that anything worthwhile to change your life is worth making time to do.

The same mindset is true with the Master Key Experience. If you truly want to change your life for the better, you WILL find the time to commit yourself, change your old routine and change your old habits. You WILL find the time to rewrite your subconscious. You WILL find the time to become remarkable.

Once you complete the curriculum, you will find yourself a much happier, positive and productive person. You will be phenomenal and incredible and no one will be able to stop you from anything you choose to accomplish in life going forward.

MKE is your bicycle. Jump on it, commit your time to it and you will find an amazing side of you that you never knew existed. Become one with yourself.

Friends and family will notice the new you. You will inspire them. You will be the best version of you ever…PERIOD

COMMIT YOURSELF TO MKE!
