Learning to Let Go

Slowing down doesn’t always come naturally to me. Between nursing, family, and working toward my goals, there’s usually something that needs my attention.

Week 3 brings a simple challenge: don’t just sit still—actually relax. Let go of the tension instead of carrying it through the entire day. That’s the focus of this week’s exercise in The Master Key System.

As a nurse, I’m used to being alert and ready for whatever comes next. But I don’t want to carry that same urgency into every part of my life.

My takeaway this week? I can care about my goals without putting constant pressure on myself. Taking a few quiet minutes isn’t ignoring my responsibilities. It’s making room to approach them differently.

Less rushing. More intention. One day at a time.
